Delivering an SMS to Brazil is nothing like delivering to Germany. We constantly tune intelligent routing across hundreds of carriers to maximize deliverability, minimize latency, and keep costs predictable, without customers ever needing to know a single carrier name.

2. True API Simplicity Without Losing Power
Most SMS gateways expose decades of telecom complexity. We’ve hidden all of that behind a few intuitive JSON endpoints, while still supporting Unicode (all languages and emojis), scheduling, webhook callbacks, and bulk sending up to 100 numbers per call. Designing something this simple yet capable is a product challenge we obsess over.

3. Scaling Reliability with a Tiny Team
We’re just 2–9 people, yet we handle millions of mission-critical messages. That forces us to build infrastructure that self-heals, monitors aggressively, and fails over gracefully, without an enterprise-size DevOps team. Our small size is our strength: faster decisions, direct customer access, zero bureaucracy.
