Ribbon Education is building the operating system for modern online adult education to unlock greater learner retention and more productive and happy school employees. We believe the key to making online education phenomenal for everyone involved is focusing on the relationship between the learner and staff. We believe this because when you think of amazing educational experiences, what do you think of? You think of the relationships you made with school staff.

We are building a platform that enables schools to identify learners who need help, take action to support those learners at scale, and allow staff to collaborate on a learner’s journey at the school. With the assistance of ML we will be able to not only allow staff to automate actions, we also will suggest best practices learned from other staff.
