Jobs at Brothers Ave

Isn't it weird that we like to go to restaurants and take the risk of eating food from individuals we don't know? We can share food with our friends, but we can't "sell" it to them? We take the risk of food poisoning in a random restaurant or truck down the street, but we can't "buy" food from people we know? Brothers Ave wants to democratise the access of food monetisation and trust for home-cooking. We are Italians, and it is our culture to think about food as a community and passion. However, living abroad, we experienced that the authenticity of food (Italian, Indian, Japanese) is not often respected. Besides, we believe that millions of hidden culinary talents do not have the effective tools to bring their food products to the market. Therefore, Brothers Ave will give this opportunity to monetize and become popular even to the most remote home chefs in the world, that for some reason or another don't have marketing, business experience but still can cook as well or even better than well-known chefs. The next Gordon Ramsay will be born in Brothers Ave (and you can probably trust him as your friend). Additionally Alessandro is very passionate about food and has had experience in managing a restaurant in the past. Considering the combination of our past experiences, our culture, and the needs we observed throughout traveling abroad, this is a very close issue to our hearts.
