Brink careers
Brink started trading in April 2018 on a mission to bring our unique blend of strategy, psychology and innovation – which we call Behavioural Innovation – to the world, so we could accelerate impact at scale.
Since then, we have experienced rapid growth whilst navigating a global pandemic, economic shocks, office moves and remote working for the first time. We have grown our existing portfolio of work and been featured in The Economist and Ushahidi ; we have hit some mega goals individually and as a team like 3x our headcount and revenue, landing dream clients like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and launching a team in East Africa. Now we’re raising our gaze to the horizon, thinking about what’s next.
