We are the Technology Affiliate of NewMark Merrill Companies, a shopping center developer with a 30 year operating history, and a portfolio of 80+ shopping centers, 1500 retailers and 10M square feet of retail.

Our passion for technology dates back to the first days of the personal computer. Over the years, we have built numerous software and hardware systems both for ourselves and others.

There's a story behind each of the companies that we've gotten involved with as investors. But, one thing is clear.
