Bridge AI Consulting careers

Bridge AI Consulting is the embedded AI team for small and mid-size businesses. We go inside a company, learn how the work actually gets done, build what makes sense, and then sit with each person until they can run it themselves.

Most of our work is in Claude: skills, agents, connectors and one-on-one training. We use other AI tools too when they're the right fit. Every engagement starts with research and discovery before we build anything.

We went from one client in February to about 20 today, across wealth management, real estate, construction, higher ed, nonprofits and more, almost all from referrals and relationships. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and growing on purpose with people who are great with AI and even better with people.
