We serve first time real estate investors by helping them to both (i) minimize the transaction costs associated with finding, purchasing and managing rental property and (ii) make the down payment in a flexible schedule according to fit their particular financial situation.

We use our expertise, network, and technology to filter through the noise and deliver the best investment opportunities.

Our business Model:

· REAL ESTATE: We buy and improve fully rented affordable multifamily buildings and thereafter sell individual units to first time investors.
· DIGITAL BROKER: We act as a digital broker between developers and potential buyers and take an on each sale.
· PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: We offer on property management services.
