BrewTo.Eu allows breweries to interact with and sell directly to their ultimate consumers. It also gives beer connoisseurs access to craft beer they would otherwise be unable to obtain locally. Not only will they know they're getting the freshest product straight from the source, but they will be able to taste the most interesting beers from tiny, start-up breweries on the other end of the country (and, once we grow, the other end of the continent). Breweries do not understand retail very well. In all of our conversations with executives on either the brewing or business side of breweries, it is clear that they are focused on producing their product and convincing intermediaries to distribute it. Many are not technologically savvy enough to run a functioning webshop and all of them would prefer to outsource that aspect of the business. BrewTo.Eu operates in that space connecting breweries and their consumers to replace the inefficient middle-men with an easy-to-use platform that allows breweries to manage an online retail presence with minimal effort. We're two friends and partners in crime working part-time for about a year on this project now. Jacques is working from Los Angeles and Luca from Barcelona, Spain. We have recently launched BrewTo.Eu in the Netherlands, signing up #2 and #3 craft beer brewery in the Dutch market amongst many others. We're relaxed but hard workers and obviously like a beer. Jacques is CFO at his family's online and offline US retail store, Luca is Founder of 2 other startups.
