• Support User Research and Analysis: Lead user research initiatives to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points for both authenticated and non-authenticated user journeys, as directed by Product Manager/Owner Leads.

• Provide deep domain expertise in our client’s business and broad knowledge of digital marketing together with a Marketing Strategist industry

• Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
• Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable technical work items.
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and develop detailed business process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AWS-powered contact center solutions.

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, including implementing Adobe Analytics and CJA using WebSDK and Mobile SDKS on websites and mobile apps.
• Excellent understanding of JavaScript, HTML, jQuery and DOM manipulation

• Lead project teams; collaborate effectively with team members
• Strategize and implement Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics together with Architects and Engineers
