Own the annual India bookings target and the plan to reach it, split across net-new logos and expansion within existing AMR customers
Lead the largest enterprise pursuits personally, from first meeting with a Head of Supply Chain or Plant Head through site survey, proposal, negotiation and contract
Set the India go-to-market: priority verticals across automotive, FMCG, pharma, 3PL and e-commerce, target account lists, and pricing guardrails agreed with leadership
Turn early deployments into named reference sites that prospects can visit and walk the floor

• Identify and develop business opportunities across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and industrial automation
• Build relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, automation consultants, distributors, and technology partners

• Oversee the installation and activation of automation systems at customer locations
• Conduct thorough system and safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize performance

• Own technical discovery, site assessment, solution design, and proposal development for Botsync's North American customer opportunities.
• Define and support pilots from technical scoping through testing, commissioning, acceptance, and handover to full deployment. Participate in customer discovery meetings and identify operational, technical, and integration requirements.

• Project Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end delivery of robotics and automation projects across Southeast Asia, ensuring successful deployment and customer acceptance.
Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate installation, commissioning, and activation activities at customer sites in collaboration with engineering and deployment teams.
Ensure projects are executed according to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements.

• Own the QC Engineering function end to end for Botsync's AMR portfolio, defining the quality strategy, operating model, priorities, standards, and continuous-improvement roadmap.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of 3-5 QC/Engineering professionals; set goals, allocate work, review outcomes, and build succession and capability plans.

• Own the Indonesia revenue target — independently build, qualify, and close enterprise deals across F&B, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and automotive verticals
• Proactively hunt and identify net-new enterprise accounts with autonomous material handling requirements — a new-business-first mandate, not an account-management role

• Integrator services, end to end - You design, build, and maintain the backend services that power the Integrator module - the layer that connects syncOS to PLCs, WMS/WES, ERPs, and other customer floor systems.

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data components for syncOS's integration platform.
• Implement integration modules in Python and C++ using REST APIs, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, Websockets, CAN, and TCP/IP.

• Owner of the algorithms that decide how the fleet moves - task allocation, routing, and traffic management across every AMR on site.
• Turn multi-robot coordination problems into algorithms that hold up under real site load, and prove it with data, not intuition.

• Financial strategy and leadership

Own Botsync’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Build and maintain multi-entity, multi-country financial models across hardware, software, and services
Provide the CEO and Board with clear financial insights, unit economics, and cash runway visibility
Drive capital efficiency, margin improvement, and working capital optimization

• Design a structured onboarding programme covering a new hire's first 90 days, cutting time-to-productivity across engineering and go-to-market teams
• Build Botsync's first formal retention strategy, using exit-interview data and engagement surveys to flag attrition risk before it becomes churn

• Own SyncOS customer engagements end to end, from scope alignment and implementation planning through testing, acceptance, and production go-live.
• Align customers and internal teams on outcomes, scope, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, and timelines before execution begins.

• Own the architecture and scalability of syncOS's integration platform, including the core services, APIs, and data layer that connect syncOS to automation equipment on the shop floor
• Design and guide the implementation of integration modules and services in Python and C++, using industrial and web protocols (REST APIs, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, Websockets, CAN, TCP/IP)

• Autonomous Fleet Intelligence & Orchestration - Build the intelligence that determines how autonomous fleets operate under real-world constraints. This spans the decisions that determine which robot does what, how shared resources are allocated, how competing priorities are resolved, and how the system adapts as operating conditions change — reducing dependence on operator intervention and site-specific logic

• Own the AMR product roadmap across hardware, firmware and robot software. Decide which performance and operating limits are worth pushing, and set and defend targets across mobility, navigation, docking, material handling and fleet reliability.
