Booth is a social networking app that connects people with similar interests using video chat. The problem we’re trying to solve is that no real discussion happens in virtual communities. Discussion is limited to just posts and comments; which are typically heavily curated by the organizer.

Booth has a basic idea where any user can create and follow interests. Within an interest you can video chat with other users who added the interests (in the chosen language), and post any content on the interest newsfeed. Safety and regulation measures (many lessons from Quora) are put in place in order to protect peoples privacy and create an environment for discovery, fun, and learning.
