To stay focused on the work and steer clear of company politics and back channelling, we insist on radical transparency and direct feedback from every person on the team. We have a bias for action (+ learning) and believe that in today’s environment of uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity the best approach to progress is experimentation and rapid iteration to get to the finish line. Speed matters. We think holistically and our collective experience of building companies from scratch and scaling them, comes with important learned lessons. We therefore know how to solve short term problems today with the bigger picture in mind. Most important - we have fun. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and we choose to be around each other everyday.
