A quarterly company wide meet (AHM: All Hands Meet) is organised for team members to view the work done by other departments and get a holistic picture of the company's achievements and its learnings from its shortcomings. OKRs are set for all levels, from company wide to every individual which enables transparency for goals and their completions. Most departments follow intra department daily standups virtually to ensure all in-office and remote employees remain connected. All departments are mandated to have a meet with the respective directors of department's vertical to ensure there is transparency of objectives and progress which goes beyond a department head/team lead.
