Bluejay HOA careers

The product is a vertical SaaS for managing homeowner associations (HOA) and similar property-based communities. Our software will help HOA boards and property managers collect dues, service community requests, and communicate more effectively with their members.

Our immediate customers will be community and property managers as well as HOA board members but we plan to build out community member-facing features as well. There is so much interesting stuff to build but we will begin with the foundation of simply collecting HOA dues and enabling its core day-to-day functions before branching out.

An HOA is a governed body (often through volunteer work) and we are here to build toward saving our customers time while also providing more rich and robust features in the long run. At the end of the day, an HOA is also just a small-scale social network with common interests and needs and we are here to serve that better than anyone else.
