BLP Digital AG is an ETH Spin-off and industry leader in the field of information extraction from documents. We automate repetitive back office tasks with Artificial Intelligence. That means no more manually processing of incoming invoices, delivery notes, or purchase orders. Our system does the job, our clients only take care of exceptions. We’ve started with invoices and were the first to not only offer a machine learning API extraction solution but really solve the problem end-to-end. Soon our clients realized the huge potential and have since asked us about automating many more document types. Therefore, we are looking for exceptional engineers who are driven to find simple solutions to complex problems and who are excited to stretch themselves as part of a growing team and shape the future of BLP Digital. The technologies we use include redis, rabbitmq, docker, kubernetes, grafana, backend (golang, mariadb, firebird, autocodegen, protobuf), machine learning services (python, flake8, mypy, pytest, pytorch, tf, lightgbm), frontend (javascript, typescript, react, react test framework, jest). Our team is made up of entrepreneurs, scientists, and engineers and our technical lead is the former data extraction leader of Google. We’re based in Switzerland’s startup capital, Zürich and have offices in Technopark. We are growing quickly, though our hierarchy is flat and communication direct, which means that we operate and learn fast, as a team.
