Jobs at Blossom.team

Blossom.team is a science-backed, analytics-driven professional growth platform. Today, most professionals lack the resources to navigate their work life (e.g., how to improve productivity, how to improve workload, etc.). Career coaching works but it's a bit broken right now because it's too expensive for regular usage (avg. $500-1k per hour), coaching quality varies a lot, and it's focused on C-suite / Execs --- not the average professional. Blossom solves these challenges by incorporating science-backed coaching approaches into our virtual coach. We also provide vetted expert coaches on-demand for when you need to immediate tactical advice. Regular users of Blossom have seen an average improvement of 42% within a few weeks, with some reporting improvements as high as 130%.
