Bias significantly impacts a company's ability to hire and retain a diverse workforce. Blendoor is an enterprise SaaS company that uses AI/ML to circumvent unconscious bias in sourcing talent. Our goal is to help companies identify high-potential diverse candidates based on merit not molds.

How it works: we do the hard work for our companies--sourcing the largest database of diverse talent in the world (women, underrepresented minorities, LGBTQ,veterans and people differently able). Companies post job advertisements and view candidates that are a good fit without name, photo, dates or any indicators of gender, race or age. After the identity of 'greenlit' candidates is revealed, Blendoor tracks the demographics of candidates at each stage of the hiring funnel; enabling increased transparency and accountability in the hiring process.
