Blastek is currently looking for entrepreneurial people who want to help build and grow software products from an early stage. These are not salaried roles. Engineering/product collaborators participate through agreed equity or revenue-share arrangements. Sales and commercial collaborators work on commission or revenue share based on actual customers and revenue generated. There is no guaranteed monthly payment, hourly rate, or upfront compensation. We are looking for people who genuinely believe in a product, actively contribute to improving or promoting it, and are willing to help create the revenue from which everyone benefits. If you are looking for a traditional paid job, these opportunities are probably not the right fit.
