David Tsarskykh is the Director and Systems Architect of BLAKFRAME. His work is focused on the low-level design of custom, bare-metal no_std Rust microkernels for hard real-time data ingestion and deterministic scheduling. He applies formal verification using deductive frameworks and SMT solvers to prove the absence of undefined behaviour beforeany code reaches production hardware. His current focus is the architectural split between deterministic CPU scheduling at the bare-metal layer and the structuring of high-velocity datasets for downstream processing — whether classical HPC clusters, quantum-inspired optimisation hardware, or photonic networks. He coordinates directly with infrastructure and research partners to validate execution timing on dedicated hardware before expanding the node footprint.
