• Build, lead, scale, and manage the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and scripts.

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with Blackpoint Cyber's goals and vision.
• Oversee all public relations and communications activities, including media and analyst relations, press releases, and crisis communications.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by developing relationships with existing partners to increase revenue and adoption
• Implement account development plans which would include GAP analysis and showcase an understanding of what activities need to be completed to hit sales targets

• Lead and inspire a small creative team to develop innovative and effective creative solutions
• Oversee the creative direction and execution of all marketing and branding efforts, including digital, events, campaigns, brand, and video

• Utilize the Blackpoint CRM tool to contact marketing-generated prospects and new leads from business directories and other sources.
• Initiate conversations with prospects via phone and email to understand their needs and explain how Blackpoint’s products and services can fulfill those needs.

• Concept, develop, and build a variety of creative assets to support our marketing and business objectives including emails, digital advertising, social graphics, web banners and landing pages, eBooks, infographics and reports, presentations, print collateral and trade show display.

• Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) frameworks, enabling global reach and tailored user experiences for diverse markets.
