Black Food Collective careers

Black Food Collective was founded in 2017, we started off as an organization that wanted to support black-owned food businesses, we did by hosting different community events, but now we have grown into a business incubator and impact investing company. Our business model is intentionally investing in businesses that have been somewhat left out of conventional financing. We invest in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food trucks, grocery stores, restaurants, incubator programs, food tech companies, and chef brands.

Our goal is to invest in the businesses over the next 5 years will plan to invest in 30 black-owned food businesses. We are creating spaces for these businesses to thrive. With our investment, we will own 15-30% equity in each business.
