Black.ai are developing an automation platform to drive decision making of autonomous systems like driverless cars, drones, and robotic service delivery in any environment.

Three years in development, black.ai’s platform runs atop a distributed compute and perception ‘stack’ which maps and monitors the state of your space using discrete 3D sensors built into the ceiling or walls.

Once fit out with Black.ai’s technology, an environment can track the movement of objects (or robots) within, in addition to the movement, interactions, and behaviour of people. Examples applications include retail stores such as supermarkets, as well as in industry environments such as warehouses and manufacturing facilities.

We have worked closely with groups including CSIRO, Waterfront Toronto, Microsoft, Volkswagen, and Audi Research.
