BitOfProperty is an alternative real estate investment platform, where you can buy & sell pieces in real estate that generate rental income every month.

Similarly to a stock exchange, where you can buy shares in the companies, BitOfProperty allows investors to buy and sell shares in real estate. All properties are rented out, thus investors can earn passive income every month in a form of rent. In addition, investors can take advantage of the property price movements and earn capital gain, if the value of the property increases.

Rental income that the properties generate every month, is added to each investors account on the platform. Investors can then reinvest it or withdraw the income to their bank account for personal use.
