BirdWatch is a recently-founded concierge home maintenance company that brings together decades of experience in the space with the founding team. We are your one-stop shop for everything you need in your home: repairs, improvements, preventative maintenance, renovation advising, and more. This is not an app: we are human-first but tech-powered. There's a lot we have on the roadmap to do to bring together an elegant experience for all stakeholders -- customers, staff, and our vendor partners.

Our opportunity is that maintenance is viewed -- in both the service delivered and the market opportunity -- as something unsexy and done just to get done. We believe the experience can be better, that customers can enjoy their house being well cared for, that tradespeople can be treated with respect and enjoy a job they love. Our product is therefor both the technology are building, and the outlook we bring to our work.
