Our goal is to design, develop and operate large-scale co-living developments (campuses) that provide members with the benefits of a private studio apartment, with in-built community programming and shared communal areas that allow members to develop life-long friendships and connections.

We intend to build an end-to-end tech platform that allows members to do everything from:

1. Book an apartment (viewings, deposits and tenant checks) 100% online
2. Instantly access their apartment as soon as a booking is complete via mobile room keys
3. Creating new bookings, wiew upcoming social events, discover other members living in the building, pay rent, request maintenance, chat to staff members etc.

The tech product is a crucial part of the business and we intend to turn a traditionally slow letting and rental process into something that is as quick and easy as booking a hotel.
