Bioniq aspired to develop the future of health. As more and more consumers adopted new devices, applications and services to understand and improve their health, Bioniq served as a web and mobile platform in the middle for all of these people to visualize, share and optimize their health regardless of their particular tools, needs and goals. Consumers and patients could connect with each other and their care providers, integrate data from wireless sensors, set goals, and receive personalized content or recommendations.

In late 2014, recognizing the need for personalized preventative health and behavioral change issues in diet and fitness, Bioniq Health launched a complementary iOS application called Nomad, which crowd-sourced recommendations for healthy food and activities from a network of experts and peers, then delivered them to users based on their location and interests.
