We are a growing startup working to streamline biomedical research and change the way healthcare interacts with technology. We believe in striving for positive impact with our technology instead of just rolling out tech for tech’s sake. And while we are technologists, we also believe in people and do our utmost to support and cultivate those we are lucky enough to work with. We value our team members, which means mentorship and professional development starting on day one. This also means we’re big fans of getting enough sleep, exercising, and seeing our families. We also value our culture and the character of our team highly. We strive to maintain a safe environment for the open exchange of ideas as well as a shared desire to improve the world with what we do. This means no jerks or small-minded people, please. We love to solve tricky problems, but we also love to volunteer together at community organizations. We geek out over data visualization, but we also play ping pong and eat together. Our goal is to combine the joy of interesting, impactful work with a warm and open environment to make coming to work every day a real pleasure.
