Binaryx is developing a Real Estate tokenization protocol to open the RE investing market for retail and unlock liquidity. We plan to create a new way of asset ownership and build a reliable decentralized market for tokenized assets, we would like to tokenize any other kind of asset, but start from the real estate market.

We combine crowdfunding in Real Estate, DeFi, and the secondary market. More than 400M retail investors buy fractional tokenized income-generating properties that are diversified worldwide. Sell, stake & get liquidity anytime. Owners sell objects fast at better prices. DeFi brings liquidity, and all sides earn more. Substitutes: People organize pools to invest in RE. A lot of legal & paperwork issues. Crowdinvesting platforms locked money for a long time. In both cases, assets are not liquid.
