Big Wheelbarrow is finalizing a partnership with the Center for Good Food Purchasing to help public institutions make more sustainable buying decisions by analyzing purchases to identify suppliers that meet five core values: local economies, health, valued workforce, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability.
