• Provide real-time support: Guide users in navigating our platform and understanding property insights in Marathi via WhatsApp, phone calls, and chat.
• Resolve core issues related to:

App onboarding, account setup, and general navigation.
Understanding platform features, property reports, and search results.
Subscription, payment, and platform connectivity challenges.
General user queries, trust-building, and post-interaction follow-ups.

• Slope over intercept: Come in with energy and capacity for growth, and we will throw you as much rope as you're willing to catch
• Comically fast: Customer has a crazy feature request? Spot it, ship within 12 hours and get back to the customer. Without a single meeting. For the love of the game. Stepping on toes encouraged: You don't need permission to operate in a different functional area than your own, or on a different product/ platform. And there isn't red tape.
