Bfit was born out of the necessity of getting workers mentally and physically fit for being more productive. A bite-size fitness solution designed specifically for the desk worker. Bfit offers instant workouts that can be followed even in the middle of a busy workday on your desk. These workouts (read boosters) are designed to prevent and undo the damage caused to the mind and the body as we sit day after day slouching in front of the computer screen. Each user will have their own unique pathway of boosters customized to individual requirements to optimize the benefits.

It is a simple subscription-based model which comes along with the Bfit Kit. The kit includes specially designed props keeping in mind the desk user, that aids all our boosters.
