We believe that great feedback starts with empathy, so we approach both product design and team culture the same way: listen, adapt, and grow. I started BetterFeedback after years of seeing how traditional surveys fail to capture real insights. With a background in conversational AI and a passion for intuitive design, I'm focused on making feedback feel effortless and actually useful. Outside of work, you’ll find me playing tennis and nerding out over F1. We’re remote-first, async-friendly, and value deep work over busy work. We love curious minds, bold ideas, and people who care deeply about the “why” behind the work. Everyone on the team has a voice in what we build and how we build it.
