BenefitFlow is a small, high impact team. Prior to founding BenefitFlow, we worked as investors and operators at leading private equity firms, focusing on investments in the employee benefits space. In our first year in market (2021), we signed 100+ enterprise clients, including some of the most sophisticated digital point solutions in the employee benefits space (including health insurance carriers, digital point solutions, wellness solutions, software vendors, TPAs, and many more). We are scaling up the team in all functional areas - every new hire will report directly to the founders, will have the opportunity to grow into management roles and earn equity.
