• Lead and manage Quality Control operations, including analytical, microbiological, and organoleptic testing programs.
• Ensure the timely release of raw materials and finished products in accordance with established specifications.

• Supervise and support 3rd Shift production staff to meet daily goals in safety, quality, and efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Lead and support production employees, including coaching, training, performance feedback, and development initiatives.

 Weigh accurately all ingredients specified in a formulation, ensuring accuracy of code numbers, descriptions, and weights.

 Prepare the spray dry equipment for operation, including but not limited to cleaning, sanitizing, assembling, preparing of emulsion, and staging finished containers.

• Select/Inspect appropriate shipping container, per written instruction or regulations, and transfer the designated finished product to the correct weight and seal and label the container.
• Clean equipment, pumps and utensils per relevant SSOP’s to ensure compliance with GMP requirements.
