Beets&Roots is a new fast casual concept from Berlin. Founded in 2016 by Michelin Star Chef Andreas Tuffentsammer and former Quandoo Manager Max Kochen, Beets&Roots offers freshly prepared bowls, salads, wraps and soups. Every dish is assembled in front of the customer to guarantee freshness and transparency. As a company, we aim to create a truly unique restaurant experience for the customer with industry-leading service and state-of-the-art interior design. We believe that we can only achieve the above by hiring people that share our vision of bringing fast casual in Germany to the next level.
