Culture and benefits at BBXX

BBXX is all about improving your relationships, and we think that applies to working relationships as well. Our team members are good communicators, looking for opportunities to collaborate and help each other succeed. We talk about traditionally taboo topics in the workplace with a sense of professionalism and empathy. We've been remote from the start and pride ourselves on our global team. The whole team meets once a week for a state of the union type check in, and we meet in smaller groups throughout the week as well. The work from home transition has been easy for us, and we're a flexible workplace. We don't feel the need (or have the time) to micromanage people. Our interns get real-world experience. We provide them with guidance and support, and we don't make them take a back seat. At the end of the day, we're looking for collaborators, not people to watch us work! In addition to all the hard skills people improve at BBXX, it's also a personal journey. It's hard to be working with topics like sex, pleasure, grief, meditation, and dating without learning a thing or two! This is unique aspect of working in the intimacy and well-being industry that we really appreciate, and hope you will too.
