The company offers two software products – BasicAI Cloud Platform (SaaS model) and Basic Enterprise (On Premises). Our services include data collection via a proprietary mobile app, and annotation services performed by either our dedicated workforce of 2,000 annotation professionals, or our global crowd of over 30,000 associates. The BasicAI platform has been designed to optimize annotation workflows and accuracy while minimizing cost for clients. Both versions of the software offer flexible, drag-and-drop customization of annotation workflows to accommodate simple tasks such as 2D bounding boxes and speech transcription, to complicated use cases such as autonomous driving, medical radiology, geospatial analysis, industrial applications, and more.
