Why We Exist

Banner Women exists to solve a quiet but powerful problem — the invisibility of women who serve, build, and lead.

Across trades, service, STEM, and leadership, women make up a small fraction of the workforce — yet their presence shapes every part of modern life. From the welder fabricating steel to the EMT on call, from the scientist leading research to the officer in command — these women hold up the world, but too often go unseen.

We’re changing that.

Founded by a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Banner Women was built from the belief that visibility is empowerment. When women are visible, they inspire others to rise. When they are seen, they are respected, valued, and heard.

We answer one hard question:
