We are a pure-play digital news service focusing on alt-finance covering crowdfunding, peer-to-peer lending, equity crowdfunding and real estate crowdfunding.

We've established brand recognition in the industry with nearly 1,500 original articles and curated links to the most important stories spanning the past two years.

We attended two major real estate crowdfunding conferences in 2014 and 2015 and provided live updates. We want to expand this offering and include live video streams and interviews with industry experts.

We have pivoted to target industry insider news in alt-finance. Our next phase will introduce an online university, including industry conferences and educational videos. We have two conference companies that do more than 100 conferences per year interested in partnering with us.

Once we gain investors, we plan to host two alt-finance conferences every year to build awareness and education, and to raise revenue to support the journalism.
