Jobs at Balance Coffee

Balance Coffee was born out of lockdown 1 after my career plans got turned upside down. I launched the brand and website in just 5 weeks and we began selling coffee and equipment to the UK market who were very much in need of delicious cafe quality coffee at home. With a decade of experience working in the coffee industry, we wanted to give that knowledge back by setting up an online barista school to help share our coffee wisdom to help people level up their coffee game at home.
