We provide an on-demand workforce mobile app that connects companies with pre-screened, quality temp workers on short notice. Whether employers need to staff up for a busy time of year, periodically supplement their permanent workforce, or "try before they buy" with a temp-to-hire scenario, we provide the support needed to quickly fill shifts.

Our workforce ranges from stay-at-home parents to college students and traditional temp workers. Workers enjoy the flexibility to work the types of shifts they want, when they want, and where they want. Unlike traditional temp agencies Bacon does not charge a placement fee so there are no barriers between our workers and full-time employment with our clients.
