Azendo careers

Azendo is a software development company founded in Thailand in 2010, Danish-led. We assign specialist engineering teams, software development, mobile, AI engineering, QA, cloud and DevOps, data engineering, MLOps and data science, to a client's own roadmap under one agreement.

Each team is run by an Azendo service delivery manager, who plans the work, holds the quality gates, and is accountable for what ships. You set the roadmap and review the output, you don't manage individuals day to day. Capacity is billed as one fixed monthly fee, calculated as a yearly average, rather than per person or per hour.

Specialists stay assigned to your product for the life of the engagement rather than rotating between accounts, and everything is delivered from our own offices in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Nothing is subcontracted onward. Engagements are built for roadmaps that run for years, not short scoped projects.
