With over 39% of households still facing severe inadequate access to food across Africa, while up to 49% of households not getting diversity in their diets, and a third of food produced ending in waste bins, we have made it our core mission at Ayazona, to help middle to low-income households in Kenya and beyond get access to affordable food, groceries, and household essentials while ensuring 0% of food waste.

The simple truth is that access to healthy, nutritious food on a regular basis is currently not possible for more than 80% of families in cities across Africa. And we believe that access to healthy food should be a universal right, not a privilege.

We started by empowering our local communities especially the middle to low-income households to discover the most affordable food, groceries, and essential items, place an order and have it delivered at the lowest possible cost while ensuring 0% food waste and 100% accessibility. But, that's just the start, there is more you and I can do, to make the dream of universal access to food and essentials for everyone come true.
