I’ve been at Axya since its beginning, and what keeps me here is how close the cofounders stay to the problem we’re solving. Félix Bélisle-Dockrill, our CEO, started Axya after living the pain of managing complex supplier relationships in aerospace, and he still talks to manufacturers like someone who’s been in their shoes. Karim Besbes, our CTO, brings the software entrepreneur’s mindset to engineering: build things that scale, then trust the team to make them real. Nicolas Gauthier grew up around his family’s manufacturing business, so when he connects our product to what customers need, it comes from experience, not theory.
