Classification: Financial Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $12.25 to $13.75 hourly

OfficeTeam is seeking Customer Service Representatives! Are you a motivated team player with exceptional customer service?
Representatives provide quality customer service while building client relationships in an institutional retirement call center. This position is NOT ON THE BUS LINE!

Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer telephone inquiries regarding web support for 401(k) and Retirement Plans, as well as servicing Pension plan customers.
- Balancing multiple tasks while providing courteous and efficient service to customers and fellow representatives
- Retain and manage information, while effectively balancing quality and productivity.
