Transform any leisure, lodging, trip platform making them adapted to any specific need. A significant offer of accessible leisure has been developed in recent years. The challenge for these actors is to develop and sell an offer of accommodation, leisure, catering, tourism and accessible tours. The prerequisite of each is to provide information on accessibility and use accessible places and activities. Nevertheless, this information is often based on standards that are often far from use reality and do not address all the handicaps. The end user still suffers from a lack of information adapted to his specific needs as well as a lack of choice in the visible offer of adapted activities. These lacks lead to a feeling of infantilization, a brake on autonomy, and a discouragement in the face of the unknown. We created the job of "Need Engineer" to study with association partners and disability specialists, constraints and solutions tailored to specific needs for access to leisure, accommodation, culture and sports activities. The “Need Engineer”: -> Reference specific needs, -> Reference constraints and solutions, -> Model the solutions. We provide the most qualitative information on the market. Our granularity of information can go up to 500 criteria according to the activities. The analysis is without judgment of values nor bias. It allows the edition of the Access Guides. Our data is collected through accessibility analysis of activities. Field analyzes, in an empirical way, and via an optimized and proven methodology to mobilize the interlocutor a minimum of time. We integrate awareness modules to identify the main barriers to inclusion and to sensitize employees through practical cases.
