AVATOUR is post-revenue and post-product-market-fit. We know who our buyers are and we know how to find them, and we have a working product that we're improving every day. The founders are experienced entrepreneurs, and while the company is still small, we are in the early stages of dramatic growth. As startups go, this is the perfect opportunity - it's relatively low-risk with the possibility of high reward. We're looking for A-players who aren't A-holes: people who are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, who can take on more responsibility as we grow, and aren't fussy about authority or titles. We were 100% remote before COVID and plan to stay that way.
