Our first product, Avantis, is a platform to trade and market-make perpetual futures

Perpetuals Futures, perpetuals, or "perps" are a very common derivative for cryptocurrencies, that can be used to leveraged trade (long and short) a variety of crypto-assets with up to 50x leverage. This instrument, despite its massive popularity in crypto, has not made its way into forex and commodities. We are opening up that access for traders of these instruments (and asset classes) on the demand side, and on the supply side, allowing anyone to become a market-maker for perpetual futures, and getting access to trading fees

Avantis is built on the blockchain (to be specific, high performant blockchains such as Optimism that inherent from the security of the world's most decentralized blockchain - Ethereum). This ensures that users can trade against each other, transaction fees are low, and transactions are always settled in a trust-less manner
