Our personal struggles with navigating conferences, connecting with the right people within our own large firms, and our passion for building best performing organizations led us to build Auttle. Auttle is a B2B platform for community facilitators (i.e. conference organizers, association leaders, and team managers), which empowers them with behavioral science to understand what each member wants and uses unique inspired gamification workflows to personalize engagement and access to information and content. We are building a lean team of passionate individuals around the world, who believe in the power of tribe, and want to empower people across the world to find people like them in various communities. All this while contributing to the collective growth of their tribe. Both founders strive to mentor their teams and are passionate about the growth and career development of their prospective team members.
