Job Title: Lead Full Stack Software Engineer Location: Los Angeles, CA/Miami, FL Starting Salary: $3000-$4000/month with opportunity for increase salary/equity position as CTO Position Overview: We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in an early-stage startup environment. This role is critical in shaping our platform and enhancing the user experience for our marketplace. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and scale our e-commerce solutions, leveraging your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and development of our web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. • Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions. • Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Node.js). • Proven experience in e-commerce or marketplace applications, preferably in a B2B SaaS context. • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.) and database management (SQL, NoSQL, etc). • AI/ML experience is a plus, but not required.
